Returns Policy for Review Cards

At Review Cards, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality Review Cards that meet their specific needs and expectations. We understand that each client’s requirements are unique, and therefore, we offer a bespoke service to ensure that the final product aligns with their vision.

Proof Approval Process:
Before proceeding with production, we will provide a proof of the Review Cards for the client’s approval. The client must thoroughly review the proof and ensure that all information, including text, images, logos, and layout, is accurate and meets their expectations. The client must sign off on the proof, confirming that they approve the design and content of the Review Cards.

Production:
Upon receiving the client’s signed approval of the proof, we will commence production of the Review Cards. We will strictly adhere to the specifications outlined in the approved proof to ensure that the final product matches the client’s expectations.

Returns Policy:
1. If the Review Cards produced by Review.cards do not match the specifications outlined in the client-approved proof, we will take full responsibility and rectify the issue. In such cases, we will reprint the Review Cards at our own expense and deliver the corrected products to the client as soon as possible.

2. If the Review Cards produced by Review.cards match the specifications outlined in the client-approved proof, but the client is unsatisfied with the design or content, we will not accept returns or issue refunds. This is because the client had the opportunity to review and approve the proof before production began.

3. In the rare event that the Review Cards are damaged during shipping or delivery, we will replace the damaged products at no additional cost to the client. The client must inform us of any shipping-related damage within 2 days of receiving the products and provide evidence of the damage (e.g., photographs).

4. As each order is bespoke and customized to the client’s specific requirements, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for unused Review Cards. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the quantity ordered meets their needs.
