Over time, our product range expanded to include different formats and technologies. After working closely with customers across hospitality, trades, retail, and professional services, one thing became very clear:
Printed review cards consistently deliver the best results.
Because of this, we’ve made a deliberate decision to simplify our range and focus entirely on printed QR code review cards.

We’ve simplified our range to focus on printed review cards that work reliably across all major review platforms.
What’s Changing
We are discontinuing our NFC-based review products, including:
- NFC review cards
- NFC stands
- NFC plates
- NFC table tents
These products are no longer available to purchase.
This change allows us to concentrate all of our attention on improving, refining, and expanding our printed review card range.
Why We’ve Made This Decision
This wasn’t driven by trends — it was driven by real-world use.
Printed review cards:
- Work on all smartphones
- Require no setup, settings, or explanation
- Can be handed directly to customers
- Can be taken away and scanned later
- Are more flexible in how and where they’re used
In contrast, we found that NFC products:
- Relied on phone compatibility and settings
- Caused confusion for some customers
- Were more limited in how they could be deployed
Rather than offering multiple options with mixed results, we’ve chosen to specialise in the solution that works most consistently for most businesses.
What We’re Focusing On Instead
Printed review cards remain the most straightforward and dependable way to request reviews at the right moment.
They’re ideal for:
- Trades and home services
- Cafés, restaurants, and hospitality
- Retail and customer-facing businesses
- Events and exhibitions
They also allow for dual-sided designs, such as:
- Google reviews on one side
- Tripadvisor reviews on the other
This kind of flexibility simply isn’t possible with NFC products — and it’s something our customers value highly.
If You’ve Previously Purchased NFC Products
If you’ve bought an NFC product from us in the past, nothing stops working:
- Your QR codes remain active
- Your review links still function
- Your account is unchanged
